LHC Petition Filed Seeking Recovery of PTI Leader Farrukh Habib

A plea has been submitted to the Lahore High Court( LHC) on Thursday, urgently requesting the safe return of the former PTI minister, Farrukh Habib. The legal solicitation was submitted by Abuzar Salman Niazi Advocate, representing Farrukh Habib’s family, who are deeply concerned about his well- being and whereabouts.

According to the solicitation, Farrukh Habib, a prominent member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI), was allegedly restrained by Punjab law enforcement officers. This apprehension reportedly took place at a hearthstone in Gwadar, where he was abiding at the time.

His family and four other companions were also taken into guardianship during this incident, as noted by the supplicant. The family’s primary plea to the court is the nippy and safe recovery of Farrukh Habib and all others who were taken into guardianship alongside him during the operation.

It’s noteworthy that the PTI preliminarily released an sanctioned statement attesting Farrukh Habib’s apprehension in Gwadar, further enhancing enterprises about his situation.
