The court’s written order emphasized that all installations as per his annuity should be handed to the former high minister. also, the IHC summoned the record of the Toshakhana case against Imran Khan. The IHC division bench comprising Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri issued the order on Imran Khan’s solicitation against his conviction in the Toshakhana case. The court issued a notice to the quarter election manager of Islamabad in this regard. before, on August 5, the District and Sessions Court had doomed Imran Khan to three times in jail and assessed a forfeiture of Rs 100,000 in the Toshakhana case. The court had also declared him ineligible to hold public office for five times. The verdict stated that Imran Khan had designedly handed false details of Toshakhana gifts to the Election Commission of Pakistan( ECP) and was set up shamefaced of loose practices. The legal proceedings and court opinions have been a significant aspect of his political trip, and these recent developments further shape his legal status and unborn political prospects.
