In response to the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI) principal Imran Khan following his conviction in the Toshakhana case, PTI sympathizers in Karachi offered demurrers. The police detained at least 19 PTI sympathizers who were sharing in the demurrers across different areas of Karachi. The PTI sympathizers had taken to the thoroughfares after an Islamabad trial court set up Imran Khan shamefaced of” loose practices” in the Toshakhana case and doomed him to three times in jail. The police arrested PTI workers and sympathizers from colorful locales in Karachi, including outside the Karachi Press Club, District Malir, Sharafi Goth, Quaidabad, and North Nazimabad Block-K. The arrest of Imran Khan and posterior demurrers have led to heightened pressures and conduct in colorful corridor of the country. The situation is evolving, and farther developments are likely to do in response to these events.
