Civil Judge’s Wife Apprehended in Connection with Housemaid Torture Case

Following the rejection of bail for the indicted in the Rizwana torture case, the woman
of the civil judge has been apprehended by authorities. The courtroom proceedings unfolded with questionable Somia Asim, accompanied by her legal representatives, appearing before fresh Sessions Judge Farukh Farid. During the hail, Judge Farukh Farid sought information regarding the case record against the indicted. The defense counsel informed the court that Somia Asim had cooperated with the Federal Investigation Agency( FIA) and vehemently denied any involvement in acts of violence. According to the indicted’s counsel, Somia Asim had constantly supported for the return of the youthful girl in question, who was set up staying at a machine stop for an extended period. It was emphasized that the girl was safely handed over to her mama in good health. The defense counsel further proposed awaiting the completion of the FIA’s disquisition by evening. An important piece of substantiation, a three- hour videotape landing the minor girl sitting at the machine stop, was mentioned. The counsel stressed the urgency of carrying the videotape, as its data would expire soon. Responding to the defense’s plea, the court instructed the probing officer to secure the videotape footage as a pivotal piece of substantiation in the ongoing case.
