An anti-terrorism court( ATC) in Lahore has extended the judicial remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI) activist Khadija Shah, Sanam Javed, and others in the Jinnah House attack case. Their judicial remand has been extended for 14 further days, and they’re ordered to appear in court again on September 9.

Khadija Shah, a PTI activist and the son of former finance minister Dr. Salman Shah, is presently in jail on judicial remand. The case relates to violent clashes that passed across Pakistan after the arrest of former Prime Minister and PTI principal Imran Khan at the Islamabad High Court on May 9.

PTI workers held demurrers in colorful metropolises, leading to uneasiness and attacks on army installations and the hearthstone of the Corps Commander in Lahore. The extension of the judicial remand indicates that legal proceedings are ongoing in this case, and the indicted individualities will continue to be held in guardianship as the disquisition progresses.
