Supreme Court to Hear Lawyer Murder Case Involving PTI Chairman Tomorrow

Supreme Court of Pakistan is set to renew the hail of the murder case of elderly Supreme Court counsel Abdul Razzaq Shar against the former high minister and PTI president. The case is listed to be heard on Wednesday, with a three- member bench, headed by Justice Yahya Afridi, presiding over the proceedings. The murder case was registered against the PTI president on charges of murder, terrorism, and other offenses following a complaint filed by the departed counsel’s son. fresh documents have been submitted to the Supreme Court by the PTI president in relation to the case. During the former hail, the Supreme Court bench had rejected a plea by the PTI counsel to issue a stay order against the Joint Investigation Team( JIT) formed for the case. The bench stated that it would not issue any order at that time. The hail was also suspended to August 9. It’ll be intriguing to see how the proceedings unfold in this case during the forthcoming hail.
