Former Chief Justice of Pakistan( CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has explosively refuted the allegations made by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz( PML- N) leader Talal Chaudhry. Ex-CJP Mian Saqib Nisar dismissed Talal Chaudhry’s claims as false and described it as entertaining to charge him of obliging an indicted to give a political statement. He called Talal Chaudhry a fabricator and suggested that the statement was made for retired motives. Nisar categorically denied ever conveying any communication to Talal Chaudhry to make statements against anyone. He asserted that throughout his term as Chief Justice, he’d always delivered verdicts grounded on the Constitution and the law. In August 2018, a bench of the Supreme Court had disqualified Talal Chaudhry after chancing him shamefaced of disdain of court. Chaudhry had served the five- time disqualification period assessed on him and is now eligible to dispute choices.
